Please note that due to our location, there are several steps leading up to the property. While the climb offers beautiful views and adds to the charm of our retreat, we do want to be mindful of guests with mobility concerns or health issues. If you find stairs challenging, we kindly recommend considering other options, as the ascent may not be suitable for everyone.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.

Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are observed between 15:00 – 17:30 and 23:00 – 07:00, in accordance with local regulations, to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone.

• All reservations made by phone require a prepayment in advance. This prepayment is non-refundable.
• The remaining balance (if applicable) is payable upon arrival or as agreed at the time of booking.
